Order Processing and Delivery Times

Please anticipate a delivery timeframe of approximately 5 business days following the end of the countdown period. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare your exclusive items for shipment.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions, but we will do our best to ensure your package arrives as close to the estimated window as possible.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours after the shipping label is created.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to longer transit times and additional customs processing delays.
